Fair Hill Training Center spans 350 acres of carefully designed terrain; offering an ideal environment for developing sound, confident racehorses. With multiple gallops, world-class training surfaces, and miles of forested trails, it provides varied, low-impact conditioning that supports both physical and mental well-being — a premier setting for producing winning, well-prepared athletes.

What We Offer.

  • Fair Hill offers exceptional training surfaces designed to develop winning racehorses. With a 1 mile dirt track, 7/8 mile, all-weather Tapeta tracks, and recently opened turf surface, Keri can tailor each horse’s workload. There is a gate crew as well to assistant with getting horses ready to run.

  • Daily turnout is a cornerstone of Keri’s program. Fair Hill’s expansive grass fields and private paddocks give horses the freedom to relax, move, and decompress outside the stable. Keri’s barn is equipped with several sand round pens in addition to paddocks and fields.

  • Fair Hill’s network of trails and open gallops provides ideal cross-training. Horses benefit from varied terrain, hill work, and long conditioning miles that can’t be replicated on a traditional racetrack. This variety builds stamina, strengthens soft tissues, and keeps training engaging for horses at every level. There is no other place like it.

  • With world-class veterinary care onsite, Fair Hill ensures immediate access to diagnostics, rehabilitation, and preventative treatment. From advanced imaging and shockwave to routine chiropractic and soft-tissue therapy, every horse receives individualized care. This integrated support system keeps horses performing at their peak and returning to training safely when setbacks occur.
